Commissions terms of services
By commissionning me you agree to the following terms:
Payment:
-payment is upfront and in euros; through PayPal or KoFi
-no refound if I already started working on it
(I may refound you myself if I happen to not be able to work on your comm anymore)Progress and changes:
-I will provide at least one WIP of the sketch for validation; but you can ask to see more of the steps
-changes at the sketch step are free until validation
-changes at the end will cost a little extra (unless very small, then it might be free)Use of my work:
-you may use my work in personnal/non commercial context only (print it for yourself; use as a pfp, banner... etc)
-You may credit me if you repost it on social media
-I retain rights to my work and can use it for self promotionWhat I will, and will not draw:>WILL draw
-fanarts
-any species, gender, sexuality and bodytypes
-artistic nudity
-soft gore and NSFW (must be 18+)>WONT draw
-porn & extreme kinks
-extreme gore
-pedophilia/zoophilia... abusive stuff
-things that might come off as racist/sexist/LGBTphobic/fatphobic/ableist... or anything that go against my personnal views
-religious/illegal stuffI retain the right to decline any commission without giving a reason
